I haven’t done a post about my fashion favorites in a minute and with spring approaching, I figured it was time to share all of the brands and stores I have been loving to shop from recently. I’ve been wearing a lot of transitional pieces and layering a ton since the weather has been so all over the place lately… I don’t want to get stuck being underprepared and freezing AF or sweating my ass off all day long. That’s never fun!
My vibe this year has been effortlessly chic outfits that are still comfortable. As I’ve gotten older comfort has become a priority for me which I can’t say has been true in the past. But honestly, who wants to be uncomfortable all day?? I don’t have time for that anymore. I’m *mostly* a neutrals girl but I do love my pop of color here and there, and with the new season approaching I’m trying to add some prints and color to my wardrobe and phase out the black a bit lol. But you know… you really can’t go wrong with a classic black look.
It can be rough finding dependable brands or stores with well-fitting, high-quality pieces that you can come back to again and again. I know I’ve done my fair share of shopping over the years and feel like I’ve finally found a few go-to places I know will give me what I’m looking for in that department. I’m sharing the 4 brands I’ve been shopping lately below plus a few of the pieces I’m eyeing from each spot. I hope this inspires you in your upcoming spring shopping to come!
FWRD
I always find something I love when I shop at FWRD, especially if I’m looking for an item that is a trendier vibe. This is a site I head to when I’m going on vacation or have a night out planned and I want something fun. They include a range of different price points and if I need even more options, I like heading over to their sister store, Revolve.
Simone Miller Boots | The Sei Asymmetrical Mini Skirt | Zimmerman Silk Wrap Mini | Cult Gaia Knit Dress | NICHOLAS Knit Bodysuit | L’AGENCE Chain Detail Sweater
INTERMIX
If I’m looking for staple pieces that last and will be in my closet for years to come, I’m heading over to Intermix. Jeans, trousers, basics, you name it, they have it all and I’m always happy with the results. While they carry a multitude of different designers and brands, Intermix also has its own private label with moderately priced pieces that I’ve become a big fan of.
RE/DONE Wide-Leg Jeans | L’AGENCE Coated Skinny Jeans | Enza Costa Wide-Leg Pants | Dion Lee Corset Shirt | Cropped Ribbed Tank
NET-A-PORTER
If you want to splurge a bit and shop designer pieces, Net-a-Porter is the place. The sheer amount of new arrivals added is enough to feel a little overwhelmed, but I’ve found some of my favorite things on this site. You can find some mid-priced things here though, and I always love taking a peek in the sale section for the amazing deals present. You can also find menswear on their other site, Mr. Porter.
Alice + Olivia Vegan Leather Mini Dress | FRAME Satin Cargo Pants | Alex Perry Yellow Mini Dress | Mother Flared Jeans | A.L.C Shearling Gilet
REFORMATION
Last summer I became obsessed with Reformation again and I haven’t gone back. They provide a number of different shapes and styles at a mid-range price point and are becoming more size-inclusive which I love. I particularly run to Reformation for their “fun without trying too hard dresses”, but I’m also into their staple pieces like high-waisted trousers.
Black Mini Dress | Button Midi Dress With Slit | Floral Midi Dress | High-Waisted Trousers
